Why chimney flashing may need to be repaired

We inspect the flashing for splits, gaps, or failed fixings. Using our cherry picker to reach the area safely, we repair or replace sections of lead as needed, using correct overlapping techniques and secure fixings. 
We also seal any exposed areas to ensure a watertight finish.
